Chapter 3. VoIP Gateway Products

This chapter explains AddPac’s VoIP Gateway products. AddPac family of VoIP

Gateway provides a complete range of VoIP Gateway solution including small-

seized VoIP gateways of 4 ports or less, multi-ports digital E1/T1 gateways and

gatekeeper solution targeting middle and large scale networks of enterprises and

public offices.

AP160 Dial-up VoIP Gateway

Product Overview

VoiceFinder AP160 Dial-up VoIP Gateway

provides quality and cost-effective Dial-up VoIP

telephony service. Even without high-speed

Internet connection services of xDSL or LAN, users

can experience Internet telephony service via its

built-in Dial-up modem.

Moreover, VoiceFinder AP160 VoIP Gateway

maintains best voice quality on not only high

bandwidth traffic but also low bandwidth traffic

using the latest voice compression algorithm and

enhanced QoS management features of

AddPac Technology.

Designed using high-performance 32bit RISC microprocessor, it is equipped with

PSTN Modem port as default and PSTN backup port for incoming PSTN calls and

uninterrupted telephony service even in case of power failure.

Also, VoiceFinder AP160 supports various network protocols such as PPP and

network management features such as SNMP MIB v2, Cisco-style CLI, Web, PC

based Easy Setup Program, etc.
